This is a twice-yearly forum where a carefully selected group of female leaders gather to:
Share real-world challenges in recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention
Identify gaps that need urgent attention
Co-create new solutions — from scalable training programmes to modern onboarding strategies and shared tools
Build a visible, unified voice for women leading HR transformation in maritime, engineering, logistics, and related sectors

Our Founding Circle will meet in May 2025 for an informal, high-impact online session.
From there, we’ll use the input to:
Create useful content, tools, and models you can use inside your business
Develop new training approaches with real ROI
Build out PR campaigns to elevate female voices and create visibility for industry-wide solutions
Explore where collaboration across companies can solve shared HR pain points
The woman attending the forum won’t be asked to do the heavy lifting.
They’ll be asked to show up, speak honestly, and help shape what comes next.
