That’s why we created Collabor8 — a platform designed to bring together powerhouse women in HR, crewing, recruitment, and workforce development to co-create practical, people-first solutions.

This isn’t another roundtable.
It’s not a LinkedIn buzzword session.
It’s a space to connect, collaborate, and build smarter ways of working — together.

Our industry has no shortage of passionate HR professionals. But let’s be honest — many of us are solving the same problems in different corners.

Collabor8 exists to change that.

Collabor8 — a platform designed to bring together powerhouse women in HR, crewing, recruitment, and workforce development to co-create practical, people-first solutions.

This is a twice-yearly forum where a carefully selected group of female leaders gather to:

  • Share real-world challenges in recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention

  • Identify gaps that need urgent attention

  • Co-create new solutions — from scalable training programmes to modern onboarding strategies and shared tools

  • Build a visible, unified voice for women leading HR transformation in maritime, engineering, logistics, and related sectors

📆 What’s Next?

Our Founding Circle will meet in May 2025 for an informal, high-impact online session.

From there, we’ll use the input to:

  • Create useful content, tools, and models you can use inside your business

  • Develop new training approaches with real ROI

  • Build out PR campaigns to elevate female voices and create visibility for industry-wide solutions

  • Explore where collaboration across companies can solve shared HR pain points

The woman attending the forum won’t be asked to do the heavy lifting.
They’ll be asked to show up, speak honestly, and help shape what comes next.
